He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Feagin and Orilla DuBose Parrott; his son Wayne L. Feagin; his stepfather John Parrott; and his siblings, Mack Feagin, Ralph Feagin, Toby Feagin and Wanda Coker.
He is survived by: his wife Debra McKnight Feagin of Scranton; his son Jessy Colley (Taylor) of Richmond, VA; his grandchildren, Eli Colley of Richmond, VA, Sabrina Feagin of Timmonsville and Courtney Feagin of Columbia; his siblings, Gwen Richardson (Nicky) of Hemingway, Linda Mills (Randall) of Timmonsville, Margaruite Poston (Quinn) of Scranton and John David "Poo" Parrott (Christy) of Lake City; and his aunt Libby Koonce of New Zion. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
