He is survived by: his wife Fannie Bell Cooper Altman; his children, Lisa Coward (Wade), Wendy McDonald (James) and Jeremy Altman (Hayley); his daughter-in-law Julie Altman Lyles; his grandchildren, Lindsey Coward, Olivia Adams (Will), Ethan McDonald (Alice), Ashlyn Fowler (Blake) and Madelyn Altman; his great grandchildren, Cooper and Boone; and his brother Billy Altman (Shirley).
