He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley Kennedy, Jr. and Loretta Bennett Kennedy. He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Bebe" Harrell Kennedy; his children, Klay Kennedy (Merrell) and Cassie Kennedy Mills (Rob); his stepchildren, Taylor Miller (Kathryn Anne), Amber Miller and Michael Miller (Emily); his siblings, David Kennedy and Kitty Coombs (Hank); and his pets, Greta and Gabi.
