He was predeceased by: his parent Jackie Marie Sims Pierce; and his sister May Pierce. He is survived by: his father Joseph H. "Jack" Pierce of Lake City; his brothers, Thomas Pierce (Lori) of Lake City and Chris Pierce (Teri) of Lake City; his siblings' children, Brandon Pierce (Samantha), Joshua Pierce (Erin), Eric Roach, Amanda Rabon (Keith), Danielle Pierce and Beth Roach; and his pets, Little Bit and Brutus.
