She is survived by: her children, Tracy Williams (Brian Spies), Nikki Simmons, Tony, Paul (Allie) and Chris Evans (Becky); her pet Dex; her siblings, Joan Bogard (Ed) of Dover, Tennessee and Jerry Lykins (Jane) of Middletown, Ohio; her uncle Carl (Lena); and her aunt Frances (Lester). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
