She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Williams Easler and Emma Locklear; her husband James Howell; her former husband Robert F. Small; and her sister-in-law Mildred Small.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Small Cannon (Rooster) of Charleston, Robert F. Small, Jr. of Greeleyville and James A Howell, Jr. of Columbia; her grandchildren, Chip Cannon (Megan), Matthew E. Cannon (Laura), Laura Nicole Small and Zachary Small; her great grandchildren, Rhame B. Cannon, III, Reynolds M. Cannon and Sydney Pearl Cannon; her friends, Lola Chitwood, Chures Regan and Paulette Baucom; and also Ivoree Cheney.
