She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Earl Spencer and Emogene Lowell Steele (Jean); and her brother Walter Earl Spencer, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Gary James Engels; her daughters, Laurie Anne Corson (Philip) of Clover and Ashley Dianne Engels of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.; her grandchildren, Anna Elaine Corson, Alexander James Corson and Harper Caroline Dibble; and her sister Deborah Spencer Gipple.
