He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard "Dick" E. McMillen and Jeanne McMillen. He is survived by : his wife Shannon Reynolds McMillen; his children, Blue Jean, Rebound and White; his sisters, Lynn Coleman (Danny), Dawn McMillen-Kelley and Tammy Boggs (Gary); his niece Taylor Boggs; his nephews, Brandon Boggs and Spencer Kelley; his brother DJ; his sister-in-law Brandie Reynolds of Florence; and his parents-in-law, Dathon and Carol Reynolds.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a local Humane Society of one's choice.
