He is survived by : his parents, Howard Lynn Jacobs, Jr. of Fairmont, NC and Patricia Oxendine Chavis (Lynwood Bullard) of Red Springs, NC; his wife Ashley Jacobs of Latta; his brothers, Jonathan Oxendine (Sierra) of Hamer and Howard Lynn Jacobs, III of Lumberton, NC; his stepbrother Kendrick Chavis of Columbia, SC; his grandmother Sarah Oxendine of Pembroke, NC; his aunt Ellen "Kit" Oxendine; his uncle Michael Ray Oxendine; and his pet Mike Mike. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
