We are sad to announce that on August 2, 2020, at the age of 69, Billy Owen Sr. of Leesville, South Carolina, born in Hartsville, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ned Owen and Margaret Fortner Owen; and his siblings, Lawrence "Skip" Owen (Janet) of Chapin and Becky Smith of Springdale. He is survived by: his children, Billy Owen, Jr. (Don) of Thompson, GA, Chad Owen (Brittany) of Lexington, SC and Crystal Owen (Sammie) of Leesville; his brothers, Jimmy Owen of Elgin, Dennis Owen of Smoaks and Rick Owen (Sandy) of Elgin; and his grandson Kaleb Owen of Leesville. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
