He was predeceased by: his parents, Mattie Lorick and L. H. Rinehart, Sr.; his wife Nelle Epting Rinehart; and his siblings, Astor, Joel, Doug, L. H. Rinehart, Jr., McNeal Snelgrove and Eudean Bishop.
He is survived by: his son Russell Rinehart. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and his cat.
