She was predeceased by: her parents, Cole Blease and Christine Mitchell Hurt. She is survived by: her husband Robert C. Gunter; her daughters, Melissa Hutto and Joyce E. Faulkner (Tommy); and her siblings, Ronnie, Phillip Hurt, Peggy Duhamel and Linda Shealy Risinger. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
