He is survived by: his children, John S. Rotan (Lynn) and Nancy Rotan Burke (Pierre); and his grandchildren, Christie Allen, Matthew Rotan (Lauren) and Stephanie Cox (Jonathan). He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
