She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Pickens and Rhondell Price Shealy; her former husband Richard Long; and her stepson Charlie Hightower. She is survived by: her husband Charles Hightower; her son Ricky Long (Carolyn); her stepsons, Jesse Hightower and Michael Hightower; her brother Don Shealy (Judy); her grandson Matthew Long (Tammy); her stepgrandchildren, Julie, Jackson, Charlotte and Benson; and her great grandchildren, Kane and Hunter.
