It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Steele (Leesville, South Carolina), born in Batesburg, South Carolina, who passed away on December 22, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William James Smith and Etheleen Senn Smith; her sister Wilma S. Yeager; and her grandson Tom Steele. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Eslick, Janice Geiger, Karen Bailey (Russell), Tommy Steele (Lynn) and Randy Steele (Paula); her grandchildren, Jamie Jeffcoat (Christy), Shannon Cook (James), Jeremy Leaphart (Starr), Jessica Ward (Ricky), Stephanie Steele, John Steele, Lynn Collins (Steven), Bruce Bailey and Carrie Manges (Shane); and her brother James Glenn Smith (Marcia). She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
