He was predeceased by: his sons, Dennis Williams (Jodi) and Charles Williams; his wife Dorothy Loraine Addington Williams; his siblings, Andrea Lindler Williams, Archie Williams, Lyston Williams and Richard Williams; and his parents, Barnwell Williams and Daisy Gunter Williams.

He is survived by: his children, Linda Williams Hawkins (Patrick) and Vernon E. Williams; his siblings, Arlene W. Hinson and Barnell W. Harsey; his grandchildren, Tim Hawkins, Amanda Hawkins Kneaper (Jason), Matt Hawkins, Justin Williams (Steffini), Brandon Williams, Aaron Williams, Vanessa Williams, Christina Williams Syed (Amar) and Nathan Williams; and his great grandchildren, Ashleigh Spreen, Evan Kneaper, Emillia Williams and Sofia Williams.

Due to the current health pandemic, social distancing will be observed and face covering is required.
