He was predeceased by: his parents, Porter Lamar Kelly and Mary Stephens Ayers; his wife Nancy Asbill Kelly; and his brothers, Wayne, Ralph "Sonny", Larry and Donnie Kelly.
He is survived by: his children, Andrea Kelly Lee (Kris), Jennifer Kelly Smith (Ross) and David Kelly (Jessica); his grandchildren, Matthew, Rebecca, Nathan, Ross III, Libby, Nicole and Ashley; and his great grandchildren, Jayce and Javi.
