He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Biga and Barbara M. Biga. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Bland Biga; his children, Bland Jackson (Jessica), Jack Jackson (Delores), BJ Shepard (Mary) and Kasey Johnson (Mark); his siblings, Jerry (Ron), John (Laurie), Jim Biga, Patty Biga, JoAnn Gardner, Peggy Banks and Karen Shealy (Larry); his grandchildren, Layla Johnson, Ali Jackson, Taylor Jackson, Devin Smith, Jimmy Reed, Quinten Dodd and Leah Jackson; his great grandchild Layton Jackson; and his godson Ricky Bailey.
