She was predeceased by: her father Alex Otto Higgs; her former husband Gordon Bridgeman; and her sister Dr. Suzanne Stroman. She is survived by: her husband Earl A. Lewis; her sisters, Martha Ann Moody of West Columbia and Olivia Estell NeeSmith of Hinesville, Georgia.; her daughter Nicole Bridgeman Yarborough (Ernie); and her granddaughters, Chesley Ann Yarborough of Lexington and Ella Katherine Yarborough of Lexington.
