She is survived by: her husband John David Powlas; her siblings, Karen Melton (Johnny) of Danville, Virginia and Alan Horton (Laurie) of Sugar Land, Texas; her aunts, Dorothy Whitman of West Columbia, Janice Holt of Gilbert and Rhonda Amick of Chapin; and her siblings' children, Megan Horton, April Giaffis (James), Isaiah Giaffis, Maggie Grace Giaffis, Conner Giaffis, Joshua Powlas, Jamie Melton, Olivia Anne Melton, Jonathan Melton (Kerrie), Rylie Gayle Melton, Carrie Anne Mundie (Justin), Owen Kate Mundie and Harrison Mundie.
