He is survived by: his father Frank Wood; his daughter Calla; his wife Jessica Kattenburg; his brother Adam; his sister-in-law McKenzie Steele; his nephews, George and Jack Steele; his grandparents, Doris Bumgarner, Lynette Steele, John Wood, Joe Frank and Sylvia Watson; and his great-grandparent Elizabeth Hayes. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to St. James Lutheran Church.
