He was predeceased by: his parents, G. A. Howard and Rebecca Teague Howard. He is survived by: his wife Janis Howard; his children, Jennifer (Bruce), Bradley Howard (Shanon) and Michelle Nauenberg (Eric); his grandchildren, Angela Carter (John), Zachary Howard, Branon Howard, Chaya Akhavi, Benjamin Carter, Henry Carter, Samuel Carter and Asher Nauenberg; and his close friend Molly Lynne Howard.
