He is survived by: his children, Dr. Emily Homer-Conrad (PharmD) and Dr. Dana L. Homer Jr.; his grandchildren, Peyton Homer, Lucia Homer, Gabriel Conrad, Helio Homer, Collin Conrad and Nicholas Conrad; his sister Linda Homer of Batesburg, SC.; and his grand-pets, Bruce and Leena.
