She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles L. Taylor and Ruth L. Hoffman Taylor; and her husband Fred C. Price. She is survived by: her children, Karen E. DeNaro (Francis) and Dwight C. Price. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
