He was predeceased by: his mother Kate Bracknell Dorn. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Quintano Dorn; his father George Neal Dorn, Sr.; his children, Michael Dorn and Julie Dorn James (Kevin); his grandchildren, Trevor James and Jenna James; and his siblings, Kay Dorn Brewer (Harold), Sandy Osborne and Johncy Dorn (Sharon).
