He is survived by : his daughters, Crystal Scruggs (Brian) and Heather Heath (Travis); his grandchildren, Brynn, Donavan, Travis Jr., Bethany and Jackson; and his brother Ronnie Heath. He is also survived by his daughters, sons- in-law and grandchildren.
