She was predeceased by : her parents, Orien L. Glidewell and Beatrice B. Glidewell. She is survived by : her husband Donald Hazelwood; her daughters, Donna Hazelwood Deeder (Ron) and Belinda Hazelwood Sells (Lloyd); her grandchildren, Cherri D. Stasney, Ronald R. Deeder, Jr., Amanda S. Phipps (Todd), Shanna S. Fell (Jason) and Joshua L. Deeder (Ashley); and her great grandchildren, Ava Lynn Deeder, Thomas Reeves Deeder, Kendall Riley Fell, John Joseph Stasney, Ashton Luke Deeder, Chessi Isabelle Stasney and Ethan Rhame Fell.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Samaritan's Purse.
