She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dozier Lee, Jr. and Betty McFaddin Burgess Lee; and her siblings, Betty "Betsy" Burgess Lee Satory and John "Johnny" Dozier Lee, III. She is survived by: her husband John R. Ellsworth of Lexington; her children, Ryan M. Ellsworth (Katie) of Greenville and Lindsay E. Sadler (Jamie) of Lexington; her granddaughters, Catherine and Betsy; and her brother-in-law Carl A. Ellsworth (Gibbie) of Columbia. She is also survived by two nephews and a niece.
