Breazeale of Lexington, South Carolina, born in Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on March 9, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Breazeale Latimer (Brandt) of Lexington, SC and Christina Breazeale Jacobs (Brian) of Jacksonville, Florida; and her grandchildren, Ashley Latimer, Caroline Latimer and Blake Latimer.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to Lexington Medical Center.
