She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Shealy and Thelma Poole Shealy; her husband James Spradley; and her siblings, Willard Shealy, Harold Shealy, Frances Smith and Loretta Smith.

She is survived by: her son Tommy Stoudemire; her sisters, Rachel Clark, Jeanette Clark and Debby O'Neal; and her grandchildren, Jeffery Stoudemire, Jason Stoudemire and Kimberly Stoudemire. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
