She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kokal and Pauline Kokal (Kacin); her husband Rudy; and her siblings, Frank Kokal, Paul Kokal, Kathryn Rusnock, Theresa Potts and Mary Jane Rutherford.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Seward (Jay), Mark Hribar (Lori) of Jacksonville, FL, Elizabeth Doleski of Erie, PA and Lisa Studsrud (Corey) of Matamoras, PA; her grandchildren, Kathryn Seward (Kevin Tora), Elizabeth Seward, Alex Doleski (Jarrod Hull), Matthew Studsrud and Valeri Doleski; her great grandchild Elasade Tora; and her sister-in-law Ruzena Kokal (Varcova). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
