She was predeceased by: her parents, Matilda Jackson and Bartley Franklin; her brothers, Alonzo and Gene; and her husband Wilburn Davis "Bill" Lee.
She is survived by: her sister Mildred Stevens of Lexington; her former husband Bobby Lowman of Lexington; her children, Cindy Smith and Wayne Lowman of Lexington; her grandchild Lauren Smith; and her caregivers, Gail, Alyson and Chris. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews and Bill's devoted children and grandchildren.
