He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Fulmer and Gladys Padgett Fulmer; and his siblings, W. M. Fulmer and Evon Maw. He is survived by: his spouse Donnis Mitchell Fulmer; his daughter Marlynn Alewine (Stanley); his brother Wayne Fulmer; his sister-in-law Carolyn Fulmer; his granddaughters, Jessica Alewine and Kristen Quarles (Robbie); and his great grandchildren, Chandler of Saluda, Graysn Quarles of Saluda and Karsyn Alewine of Saluda.
The family encourages social distancing.
