He was predeceased by: his parents, Meetze Laymon (L.) and Frances Harmon Snelgrove; and his sister Linda Kay Snelgrove. He is survived by: his son Rusty Ray Snelgrove (Kelsea); his stepson Jonathan Weed; his sister Janet S. Wiggins (Eddie); his grandchildren, Colton and Braylin Snelgrove; and his stepgrandchild Addison Weed. He is also survived by three nephews.
