Palmer of Lexington, South Carolina, born in Cleveland, Tennessee, who passed away on November 21, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie LuVern Parks and Nora Kathryn Wright Parks; and her husband Reverend Ronald W. Palmer. She is survived by: her children, Beverly Humphrey (David) of Newport, Walter Whelan Palmer (Cristina) of Rio, Brazil and Philip LuVern Palmer (Annette) of Camden; her sister Kathryn Wilke of Dayton, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Justin Page, Caleb Deppe, Austin Palmer, Heather Palmer, Alexis Smith, Parker Palmer, Shiloh Humphrey, Emelie Humphrey, Flavia Alessandra Pinheiro and Alexandre Junior Pinheiro; and her sister Betty Elrod.
