She is survived by: her former husband Henry Spradlin; her children, Mike Spradlin (Jeannine), Teri Puryear, Linda Cooper (Alan), Bobby Puryear (Arlene) and Eddie Puryear (Jan); her grandchildren, Michael Spradlin (Maria), Allison Zimmerman (Trevor), Meredith Cook (Keelan), Brett Cooper (Taylor), Ashleigh Griffith (Dane), Kaitlyn Corley (Chan), Chase Puryear (Angelica), Trent Puryear (Mary), Beth Ann Puryear and Sara Puryear; and her great grandchildren, Myra, Michael Jr., Lily, Nora, Ezra, Ellie, Ryleigh, Fuller and Colton.
