He was predeceased by: his parents, William Emerson Fenters, Sr. and Nancy Katherine "Kitty" Thompson Fenters; his brother Kevin Scott Fenters; and his brother-in-law Steve McCabe. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Russell Fenters; his son William Charles "Chuck" Fenters (Vicki) of Chapin; his grandchildren, Savannah Hetcel, Brandon Fenters (Lauren), Blake Fenters, Alexa Fenters, Logan Thompson and Oliver Thompson; his great grandchildren, Jude Fenters and Milo Hetcel; and his sisters, Brenda Taylor (Paul) of Manning, Cindy McCabe of Manning and Tammy McLeod (Walter) of Pinewood. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
