Wood of Lexington, South Carolina, born in Commerce, Georgia, who passed away on January 16, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Benjamin and Faye Hooper Wood. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Thomas Wood; his daughter Lou Wood Kennedy (Bill) of Lexington; his granddaughter Xanna Bailey (Travis) of Lexington; and his great grandchild Lincoln Bailey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
