It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Zachary Stephens Alford (Lexington, South Carolina), who passed away on November 17, 2021, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Kenneth, Barbara "Bobbie" Schneider and Roy Alford III; his uncle John Gary Schneider; and his aunt Helen Schneider.
He is survived by: his mother Donna Schneider Alford; his fiancé Ashley; his children, Wyatt and Blythe; his father Steve Alford; his grandmother Grace Mellette (Russ); his stepgrandmother Emily Alford; his siblings, Jennifer Alford Lever and Jai Hicks (Mary Beth); his partner's sons, Dalton and Colton; his aunts and uncles, Alice Schneider Camens (Marc), Bobbi Buff, George W. Schneider, Charlie Alford, Mokey Buff and Waldo Buff; his nephews, Ryan and Josh Lever; his cousins, Taylor, Tyler Schneider, Gregg, Trinity Schneider, Bryam Frick, Caroline "Buffy" Buff, Allison Buff Black, Waldo Buff Jr., Chauntee Hutchins, Sarah Alford Ponds and Jeremiah Alford; his close friend Jay Emory; and his pets, Cash, Sky and Slick.
