He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence F. Sr. Whitlock and Alma Harbin Whitlock; his sisters, Virginia Ray and Pat Binette; his niece Theresa; and his nephew Dennis Cobb.
He is survived by: his nieces, Cindy Pruitt (Hal), Tammy Fennell (late Dan) and Nancy Plummer (Rob); and his nephew Mike Parks. He is also survived by 12 great nieces and nephews, 11 great-great nieces and nephews.
