He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack L. Smith and Vera Smith. He is survived by: his wife Doris Alexander Smith; his daughters, Gloria Fowler (Randall) of Liberty, Sharon Blackwood of Liberty and Donna Sammons (Dale) of Liberty; his sisters, Margaret Miller of Easley and Grace Towe of Seneca; and his grandchildren, Courtney Azbill, Dustin Fowler, Amanda Young, Lauren Fowler and Megan Richey.
