She was predeceased by: her husband William J. Kopacz of Little River; her mother Patricia J. Van (Russell) of Conway; and her sister Holly. She is survived by: her father Francis Lerzo of Galesburg; her daughters, Holly Kopacz of Tampa and Tamara Conboy of Ackworth; her sisters, Kimberly VanDyke of Galesburg and Heidi Belanger of Milton; her stepfather Phillipe Van of Conway; her grandchildren, Christian Tinker, Cameron Sapiel, Madyson Gibson, MaChaia Kopacz, Khaleesi Conboy, Ariya Conboy and Aiden Kopacz; and her siblings' children, Tyler Belanger, Felicia Belanger, Adam VanDyke and Alex VanDyke.
