He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Joseph, Sr. and Margaret Agnes McKenna (Hosking); his son Wayne A. McIntosh, Sr.; his siblings, Isabella Durkee, Margaret McCarron, John and Thomas McKenna; and his brothers-in-law, Charles McCarron and Robert Durkee.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth McKenna (Murphy); his children, Russell F. McIntosh (Pamela) and Anita R. McIntosh; his daughter-in-law Kimberly A. McIntosh; his grandchildren, Cynthia L. Fritz (McIntosh), Christina L. McIntosh, Matthew A. McIntosh, Wayne A. McIntosh, Jr., Jennifer Alagna (McIntosh) and Sherry Johnson (McIntosh); and his sister-in-law Sheila McKenna.
