With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Franklin Elkins Bullard Jr. (Little River, South Carolina), born in Champaign, Illinois, who passed away on October 13, 2019 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Elkins and Bessie Marie Shook Bullard, Sr.; and his sister Needra Ann Bullard. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann; his sons, Carl Bullard (Laurie) of Southampton, PA and Les Bullard of Little River, SC; his sisters-in-law, Frances Pascoe (Phil), Kathy Pingsterhaus (Mark) and Phyllis Johnson (Todd); and his granddaughters, Samantha, Katelyn and Claire. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Quilts of Valor – Murrell's Inlet, The North Myrtle Humane Society, or a charity of your choice.
