He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus James Huggins and Fronnie Stroud Huggins; and his siblings, Grover, Venston, Hicks, R. J., Nolan, Esther, Lucille, Muriel, Gussie and Jewel Hill Huggins.
He is survived by: his children, Tracy Huggins (Nancy), Johnny Huggins, Shirley Huggins Cotton (Ray), Molly Bruton and Amy Washco (David); his grandchildren, RiAnna (Herbert), Justin (Mandy), Ayden, Riley, Savannah and Amanda Pope; and his siblings, Virginia Lee and Billy (Lavenia). He is also survived by one sister-in-law (Marie); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
