Duffey Ulicny; his pet Skye; his sisters, Christine Mitchell (Gregory), Elizabeth Gazza (William) and Ocean; his siblings' children, Benjamin Mitchell of Pittsburgh, PA, Evan Gazza (Ashley), Jordan Gazza, Elaina Mitchell and Erin Creak (Ryan); his great-nieces, Isabella Gazza and Evelyn; and his great-nephew Brady Creak.
Donations may be made in Jimy's memory to the Homer-Center Alumni Scholarship Fund, in care of the family.
