Foy (Little River, South Carolina), born in Apollo, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 16, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles K. Grimm and Elsie B. Orr Grimm. She is survived by: her children, William B. "Billy" Foy and Patricia A. Garrison. She is also survived by four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
