She is survived by: her husband Jonathon Foulkes; her children, Jonathon Foulkes and Kristina Foulkes (Shane Moore); and her siblings, John Schuhmann, Kathy McNulty (James), Patricia Gray (Walter), Lisa Callahan (William), Cheri Schuhmann, Nancy Garber and Kelly Schuhmann (Kenneth).
