He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Stevens and Anna Stevens; and his daughter Leigh Stevens. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Stevens; his sister Gail (Tim Fohlbrook); his daughters, Christine (Todd Tyner) and Kathleen Stevens (Michael Evans); and his grandchildren, Leanne Edson, Joseph Stevens and Danielle Edson (Eric Jones).
