She was predeceased by: her parent Joseph Karpuk; her spouse Nicholas Katsis; her siblings, John Karpuk and Mary Buzzanca; and her brother-in-law Thomas Katsis.
She is survived by: her parent Anna Lukackyk Karpuk; her children, Deborah Moore (Dennis), Kelly and Richard; her great grandchild Nikole Katsis; her child Brian (Kerrie); her great grandchildren, Gavin, Quinn, Logan and Keith (Lindsay); her daughter Cynthia Brown; Gregory Katsis (Carol). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
